For all travel insurance claims you should, in the first instance, call your insurer direct as Carbon have no authority to provide any claims service and you may require emergency assistance.
Your case manager will keep you advised of progress throughout your claim using your preferred method of communication, be it SMS, email or letter.
If you are an existing policyholder and need to make a claim, call 0333 043 1300 to ensure you receive the Carbon treatment. You can ring us between 8am and 6pm and an out of hours service is available if you have an emergency.
